1. What this service is
Boating Booking is a travel discovery and booking-request platform for Kerala houseboats, cruises and stays. Submitting a booking creates a request recorded in our system and hands you a WhatsApp draft to send to our team. A booking becomes confirmed only when our team or the houseboat owner confirms it (you will see the status change). There is currently no online payment on this site; never pay through links you did not request.
2. Prices
Houseboat prices are set by owners through our verified Telegram pricing channel and include the platform fee shown at display time. Prices can change with season and availability; the price shown on your confirmation summary is the price recorded with your request.
3. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact details and travel dates. Distances and drive times in the Tour Planner are indicative road estimates, not live traffic routing. Content in the Travel Journal is editorial guidance, not professional advice.
4. Owners
Houseboat owners register with truthful details and a verifiable contact number. Owner price updates sent via Telegram are published after validation; out-of-range updates are held for admin review. Misuse of the pricing channel can lead to suspension.
5. Liability
Boating Booking is a private platform and is not a Kerala Government entity or agency. We work with independent houseboat owners and stay hosts; operational responsibility for boats and premises rests with their operators, who must hold the licences required by law. Nothing on this site claims government affiliation, certification or guarantee.
